At the academic office (Viterbo and Civitavecchia), a SURVEY is available for students to evaluate the services offered at the academic offices and tutoring levels. This survey is an initiative of the academic office aimed at the continuous improvement of the services provided. Each year, the same surveys are distributed and filled out anonymously at the beginning of the second semester of classes. The collected data is analyzed to improve the service in light of the suggestions proposed by the students.

ACADEMIC FRONT OFFICE

From Monday to Friday, 10.00 am to 12.00 pm

Services for students:

  • Orientation, Tutoring, Course programmes, Study programmes;
  • Submission of credit recognition documentation for professionalising activities (traineeships, jobs) and certificates (conferences attendance, ECDL, language skills…);
  • English skill certificate recognition procedure;
  • Transfers and change of courses consultation, academic curriculum evaluation (entry requirements validation);
  • Pre-enrolment on second level degree courses;
  • Information concerning the academic calendar (exam dates, exams booking,  lecture rooms, exercises, teaching staff office hours…)

 

DIRECT LINK WITH STUDENTS

Every Tuesday, from 2:30 to 4:00 pm

Services for students: the Academic Office staff also provide a front desk service once a week in the afternoon to address the non-academic needs of our students. Students can contact the staff for information on public transportation, accommodation, campus services (such as the ombudsman and psychological counseling services), and more.
