Postgraduate School is a highly professionalizing undergraduate course of study designed to train specialists in certain professional areas.
How to gain access.
For access, in addition to the required qualification (master’s / master’s degree and equivalent qualifications), it is essential to pass an admission test. At the end of the training course, the title of “specialist” in the chosen field is awarded.
Postgraduate School for Legal Professions
In the 2017/18 academic year, the School of Specialization for Legal Professions was activated at the Department of Linguistic-Literary, Historical-Philosophical and Legal Studies of this University in agreement with Link Campus University in Rome.
Course duration and training offerings
This two-year course offers the law graduate or graduate additional training that-through theoretical learning supplemented by practical experience and a close relationship with professional realities-will enable him or her to acquire the skills suitable for competitions for the practice of the legal professions (judiciary, bar and notary).

To the extent that it combines the high quality and specialization of the professors in legal subjects of the two universities with the recognized expertise and experience of the professionals and magistrates selected by the School’s Board of Governors, the solid educational and training offerings with a professionalizing value are suitable for developing and enhancing skills, methods and aptitudes functional for entering the legal professions.
Organization
The School is organized with a common first year (i.e., valid for each address) and a second year divided into two addresses: one judicial-forensic, the other notarial
How to enter
The School, which is limited in number, is accessed by passing a competition based on qualifications and written test that is the same throughout the country and held simultaneously in the various locations.
Beginning of courses
Courses for the 2018/19 academic year will begin by fall 2018. Enrollment is subject to payment of a fee and contribution.
Degrees awarded
At the conclusion of the two-year period, after passing the final exam, the Specialization Diploma is awarded, which is one of the qualifications for access to the competition in the judiciary and is valued as one year for the purpose of completing the period of practice for access to the professions of lawyer and notary.

Governing Bodies of the Graduate School
The organs of the School are the Director and the Governing Council.
