Crafting a good Curriculum Vitae is the starting point for a successful entry into the workforce. While there are many formats, templates, and advice available, the most important aspect is understanding its logic and learning to effectively convey your professional project.
During the interviews, you identify the strengths to emphasize when applying for a specific job position. This advice can make a difference in the recruitment process, technically known as ‘curriculum screening,’ during which recruiters decide who will continue in the selection process and who will not.
The Skills Inventory is an assessment process in which individuals are guided to review their educational and professional path, with the aim of making them more aware of their resources, competencies, and potential. This enables them, in a process of autonomous decision-making, to make choices regarding their future work and professional career.
The Inventory concludes with the development of a professional project that allows for the individual’s development in the areas identified as potential.
The Inventory is carried out through 5 structured interviews aimed at helping the individual precisely define their abilities, competencies, and professional aspirations, supported by a series of tests or specific tools, such as psychometric and personality tests, self-assessment questionnaires, analysis of past experiences, and completion of a dedicated questionnaire for the Skills Inventory.
The Curriculum Vitae internationalization process is aimed at those interested in directing their job search abroad or within international institutional and corporate contexts.
The objective of the process is to prepare a “toolkit” to be used at the time of application: this includes fine-tuning the curriculum vitae and cover letter in English, as well as support in completing specific applications.
The basic process involves 3 structured interviews to help define their thematic and geographical areas of interest, as well as mapping their strengths and weaknesses. Additionally, 2 more interviews may be added, for a total of 5, dedicated to the specific preparation of documentation for the application and practical exercises for interview preparation.
