Erasmus+ is the EU’s programme to support education, training, youth and sport in Europe. It provides opportunities to study, train, and gain experience abroad.
Erasmus+ has opportunities for people of all ages, helping them develop and share knowledge and experience at institutions and organizations in different countries.
The programme contributes to the European strategy for growth, jobs, social equity and inclusion and also aims to promote the sustainable development of its partners in the field of higher education.
University of Tuscia has made the internationalisation one of its main targets for the years to come, together with cultural integration and inclusion. The wide partnership within Erasmus KA 103 and 107 actions proves this strong commitment.
Also the considerable financial support that UNITUS has put in place to cofinance Erasmus mobility for students and staff is another example of how strong is the feeling that great actions can only root in solid international cooperation.
In May 2020 the University of Tuscia participated in the European Union programme for education, training, youth and sport Call EACEA-03-2020-1 and in December 2020 its application was positively evaluated and the “ERASMUS CHARTER FOR HIGHER EDUCATION 2021-2027” quality certificate has been awarded with the highest score.
