The course provides a solid interdisciplinary education in the food, wine, and oenological sectors, training graduates capable of operating in all stages of the supply chain from production to consumption of food and wine products. This includes ensuring hygiene and health safety, product quality, as well as their preservation and distribution.
The course is professionally oriented with a practical and applied approach, allowing for easy and rapid integration into the workforce.
The course allows students to acquire a solid interdisciplinary preparation in the food, wine, and enology sector, enabling them to operate in all stages of the supply chain from production to consumption of food and wine products.
