Graduates of the Department are employed in the Economic, Engineering, and Political-Social sectors.
The results of the XXVI Survey on the Employment Condition of Graduates, conducted by Almalaurea and published in June 2024, provide a comprehensive overview of graduates’ entry into the labor market, including the characteristics of the jobs obtained, such as profession and salary, the effectiveness of their degree, and the application of skills acquired during their university studies.

The summary analyses presented below, for each of the three subject areas, refer to the department’s master’s graduates, considering the cohort of graduates in 2020 interviewed 3 years after graduation (Almalaurea interviews carried out in the year 2023). For a detailed view of the results of the surveys conducted by Almalaurea, please refer to the University page: https://www.unitus.it/studenti/placement/almalaurea/
ECONOMIC FIELD
The employment rate three years after graduation—which considers as employed all individuals engaged in paid work, employment, or training—stands at 86.3% in 2023 for Master’s graduates who obtained their degree in 2020, a percentage higher than the average recorded at the university level.
By combining responses regarding the application of work-related skills in their activities and the requirement of their degree for their job, it becomes evident that more than 75% of the Department’s graduates consider their Master’s degree to be very effective or effective in their work (Figure 2).
