Il Laboratorio di Chimica della sede di Rieti è collocato al piano terra dell’edificio, con ingresso principale sul corridoio di destra rispetto alle scale di accesso al primo piano, dove sono ubicate le aule didattiche. La struttura mette a disposizione diversi banchi da lavoro e moderne attrezzature, tra le quali:
Completano l’arredamento armadi di sicurezza ed armadi per la vetreria.
Coloro interessati a svolgere le proprie attività all’interno del laboratorio saranno seguiti dal docente responsabile durante l’intero percorso. Potranno usufruire delle banche dati internazionali disponibili on-line per la ricerca bibliografica o del servizio di prestito bibliotecario del Polo Universitario, nonché di una postazione pc collocata nell’adiacente Laboratorio di Biologia e del DNA Forestale o della rete Wi-Fi. La parte sperimentale sarà curata dal Responsabile del Laboratorio, il quale fornirà i materiali consumabili e le strumentazioni necessarie allo svolgimento delle attività previste.
