Student Associations

University Student Associations are a significant meeting place and reference point for students. They are responsible for everything related to university life, both inside and outside the university campus. Their activities range from proposing new cultural and educational projects to organizing parties, social events, and sports tournaments. Student associations are a tool that manages to engage university students of all ages and not just in academic activities, fostering a sense of community and involvement.

UniVerso Giovani

UniVerso Giovani is a student cultural association that organizes social, cultural, and sports initiatives. It has been a point of reference for students at the University of Tuscia for many years, organizing moments of leisure and sharing, providing opportunities for meetings both within and outside the university.

There are three keywords that characterize the association: university, future, and youth. The association’s goal is to give a voice to young students, demonstrating the willingness of the new generations to express themselves.

During the years of the association’s activity, numerous initiatives have been promoted within the university, including conferences, congresses, organization of sports tournaments (such as the Unitus Soccer Cup), events, the publication and free distribution of the student newspaper “SUPERNOVA,” photographic contests (Unitus Views), and student assistance.

Università dello Studente

Università dello Studente List has been operating within the university environment for over seven years. It was founded by a group of students with the aim of contributing to the representation of students at the University by proposing ideas and projects to protect the interests of students. The achievements of the Università dello Studente List are recognized by its presence in the Regional Coordinating Committee of Lazio Universities (CRUL).

Univercity Viterbo

Univercity Viterbo is a student association at the University of Tuscia, and its primary goal is to enhance the life of university students by organizing cultural events and social gatherings. It aims to provide students at the University of Tuscia with a fulfilling university experience both inside and outside the classrooms.

Univercity Viterbo is dedicated to organizing new activities and projects with a focus on the well-being of students and the university community. Some of the events organized by the association include the “Tuscia League,” a soccer tournament where teams of students and professors competed. The proceeds from this charity event were donated to the university libraries for the purchase of textbooks for students. The association also publishes “Univercity Magazine,” which is available online to promote environmental sustainability. Additionally, they organize seminars and conferences, such as the “Amnesty” event, where environmental rights were discussed in detail.

CUT

The University Theatre Center CUT “La Torre” was founded in 1986 under the initiative of Prof. Giorgio Manacorda as a tool for educational integration with the Chair of Anglo-Germanic Studies at the University of Tuscia. Over the course of more than thirty years of activity, CUT has contributed to the education of numerous students, allowing young people to engage with themselves and others.

CUT has produced and staged over 80 performances at both the national and international levels, many of which have achieved significant recognition in terms of critical acclaim and audience reception. Over the years, it has also organized numerous festivals, conferences, and events in various artistic disciplines, including theatre, dance, music, and visual arts, often offering free admission to the public.

 

AUSF VITERBO

The University Forestry Students Association of Viterbo (AUSF Viterbo) has been active since 1990, with its primary goal being to bring together students of Environmental and Forest Sciences, facilitating the connection between educational experiences and nature. However, the association is open not only to forestry students but to anyone with a passion for nature and the environment.

At least once a month, the association organizes excursions in the Tuscia region with field activities accompanied by professors, professionals, and researchers, aimed at discovering and studying new environments.

The University Forestry Students Association is part of a national network – AUSF Italy – and an international network – IFSA – which allows for participation in various international events, conferences, seminars, and exchanges with other chapters.

The University Association for Cooperation and Development (AUCS) is an association that promotes the values of democracy, freedom, solidarity, and equality within the University through participation, information, and culture.

A.S.E.S – Associazione Studenti Erasmus e Stranieri
The Erasmus and Foreign Students Association is a non-profit association of the University of Tuscia. Its main objective is to promote international exchange programs at the university. It also focuses on the integration of foreign students and Erasmus students studying at the University of Viterbo. The association aims to assist individuals in solving their daily challenges and organizes various activities and events.
