The University Integrated Centre (CIA), detailed in all its parts within article 2 of the Rector’s Decree establishing the CIA, is a “cost center with managerial and administrative autonomy that, with the aim of coordinating and optimizing management criteria and resources allocated to each Section of which it is composed, manages an economic and investment authorization budget.”
