LAZIO INNOVA is a public company of the Lazio Region that provides regional funding, services for internationalization, and promotes business networks and regional excellence. It has a presence in the region through the Active Spaces Network (located in Viterbo at Via Faul 20), where individuals can find information about regional and European funding. The network offers mentoring programs for teams and startups, business incubation and acceleration services, coworking spaces, networking, co-design opportunities, and Fab Labs for prototyping and training in new digital technologies.
The Digital Contamination Lab (DCLAB) is a program aimed at fostering the meeting and blending of different ideas and skills, both within and outside the university, to develop innovative entrepreneurial projects in the Lazio region across sectors such as Environment and Energy, Digital, Culture and Tourism, Health, and Social Well-being.
Participation is available remotely and is open to students, graduates, faculty, researchers, creatives, designers, and entrepreneurs. The program has educational goals, with the possibility of earning university credits (CFU) from partner universities, including the University of Tuscia. Additionally, monetary prizes (of €5,000, €3,000, and €2,000) will be awarded for the best projects developed.
The deadline for submissions is January 29, 2024.
