Internal Transfer within the University

(Effective from 1/8/2022)

From August 1st to December 20th, students regularly enrolled at the University of Tuscia can apply for a change of study program (of equivalent level) without any additional cost, after renewing their online enrollment for the following year. This can be done by accessing the “Course Transfer” function on the Gomp Portal. The transfer of curriculum is considered equivalent to the transfer of course.

It is advisable to seek advice from the Academic Secretariat of the Degree Course to which you intend to transfer beforehand. First-year students can transfer to another Unitus study program by February 28th of the following year after enrollment.

Transfer to Degree Programs with Limited Enrollment

Students transferring to a degree program with limited enrollment must undergo the relevant admission tests and rank successfully within the available positions. Once passing the selection process, applicants are required to complete enrollment in the new program within the deadlines specified in the call for applications and simultaneously submit a transfer request by accessing the Gomp Portal and selecting the “Course Transfer” function.

It is always advisable, before initiating the procedure, to contact the coordinator of the degree program to which you intend to apply for transfer. Through an informal “pre-evaluation,” you can gather information about the possible validation of exams.
