For monitoring activities, the University relies on a combination of internal and external information systems.
The main tools are:
This portal contains web services for transmitting and managing student career data to the National Student Registry.
Additionally, it allows for the consultation of data related to:
https://osservatorio.mur.gov.it/
The portal allows for the consultation of results and details of all PRO3 indicators.
This portal serves as a benchmark tool for comparison with other national universities, as it provides the necessary information for the distribution of FFO and L.243/1991 contributions.
It reports the results of indicators for all universities, allowing for the verification of the university’s national ranking for each indicator of the Triennial Programming.

The Ministerial Dashboard is a Business Intelligence platform for the National University Student Registry.
It enables multi-dimensional analysis on thematic cubes, ad-hoc reports, and dashboards of all student career data transmitted to the Registry.

The ANVUR Dashboard is a Business Intelligence platform that complements the Annual Monitoring Form, systematizing all the information contained in the Annual Monitoring Form provided to universities and degree courses. Through this tool, each university’s statistical referent, University Evaluation Board, or University Quality Committee can:
The Portal is used to manage the performance cycle, specifically for the evaluation of strategic and operational, individual, organizational, and behavioral objectives, as defined by the University’s Performance Measurement and Evaluation System.
The Portal can be accessed using personal institutional email credentials.
The PowerBI Dashboard enables the analysis and consultation of teaching satisfaction survey data. It has been designed to monitor the results of student opinion surveys on teaching activities and to support interactive analysis of this data by the involved stakeholders. The dashboard is periodically updated with new data, and access levels are periodically reviewed to comply with the decisions of the Academic Senate.
The individual report on teaching performance complements the information obtainable from the PowerBI Dashboard and is sent individually to each lecturer via email at the end of each semester. The report contains a descriptive and easily readable analysis of the results of the teaching satisfaction surveys for each individual lecturer.
The Dashboard can be accessed using personal institutional email credentials.

The Portal is used to collect data related to Third Mission activities and to collect the identifying data of Research projects, as well as for other processes, such as mission management.
The Portal can be accessed through the university’s private network (using VPN access software for external access) using personal institutional email credentials.

Since 2021, the portal has served as the institutional repository for open access research outputs, collecting, storing, and disseminating research results by university researchers. The portal is used by all faculty to self-archive research outputs, allowing for open access when compatible with publisher policies. UnitusOpen is also the sole channel for the University to populate the national LoginMiur database of research outputs; therefore, its use is mandatory for all doctoral students, research fellows, associate professors, and full professors. Visitors to UnitusOpen can access scientific publications distributed in open access according to European requirements, or contact researchers directly for information about their publications. The provision of this portal has enabled the University to improve the granularity and timeliness of monitoring processes for scientific production. Through the platform, it is possible to export data on research outputs at any time and in various dimensions (e.g., individual researcher, research group). Data from the UnitusOpen portal is used to create monitoring reports on the number and type (journal article, conference proceedings, monograph, book chapter) of publications produced. Reports on scientific production are used by the Research Commission for its annual report and by the Research and Technology Transfer Office and support the University in making decisions related to participation in the VQR assessments. The Portal can be accessed using personal institutional email credentials.
