Brief description and objectives of the research

In the context of the global and European “great transformation” since the 1970s, the interdepartmental project (DISTU – DEIM) studies local good practices that have invested in citizenship education and training, the reception and integration of migrants, and, more generally, the broadening of the spectrum of social rights. Specifically, the project is divided into two lines of research: Inclusive and Sustainable Communities (DISTU); Education and Knowledge, Education and Social Integration (DEIM).

Objectives:

(a)historical mapping of entities that have promoted paths of social inclusion, delivered cultural services renewed in their vocation;

b)monitoring of local archives of socio-cultural associations and entities;

c)promotion of shared networks of information and knowledge that encourage a participatory narrative of the history of Tuscia.
