University of Tuscia is a public university, where fees are payed according to your income. In this page you can find information about fees for International, Exchange and Double Degree’s Students.

  • International students

    Foreign citizens with income and assets in countries other than Italy are required to disclose their financial status in accordance with the ISEU procedures.

     

    ISEU is an economic indicator used in Italy to assess an individual’s or a family’s financial situation. At Unitus, there is an affiliated Tax Assistance Center (CAF Convenzionato). This center can help you with your financial and tax-related matters while you’re studying here. Unitus affiliated CAF is located in Piazza della Rocca, 14, Viterbo VT, to submit your income certificates. Phone n. +390761 307288.

     

    International students who have not submitted the ISEU for the academic year 2024-2025 or for whom it is not possible to calculate the ISEU, as per Article 8 of D.P.C.M. 159/2013, are subject to a fixed tax as follows:

    – €552.47 for students with citizenship in developing countries (as defined by Ministerial Decree no. 440 of 13 of February 2024) and for Ukrainian students with qualifications obtained in Ukraine or residing in Italy for no more than 2 years.
    – €1,000.00 for other students.

     

    For the academic year 2024/2025, the countries listed below are considered developing countries:

    The above conditions apply to students enrolled for a number of years equal to or less than the normal duration of the study program plus one.

    For students in their second year of delay, there is a 20% surcharge, and for those enrolled beyond the third year of delay, the surcharge will be 30%.

  • Double Degree and Exchange students

    Exchange and Double Degree students pay only the tuition fees at their home university.
