Article 34 of the Code of Ethics and Conduct, adopted by this University by Rector’s Decree no. 827/19 of 31 October 2019 and most recently amended by Rector’s Decree no. 104 of 4 March 2025, regulates the composition of the Ethics Committee, appointed by decree of the Rector, after consultation with the Academic Senate.
The functions of the Ethics Committee are set out in Article 33 of the Code of Ethics and Conduct:
The term of office is three years and may be renewed for a further term.

Participation in the Ethics Committee does not entail the payment of fees, remuneration, allowances, or expense reimbursements.
