  • Ufficio I - Plant engineering and technical furnishings

    ACTIVITIES:

    • Activities related to tender procedures in the field of systems, safety, and services in coordination with the Contracts Office;
    • Restoration and renovations;
    • Routine and extraordinary maintenance of the relevant systems (water, sanitation, heating, air conditioning, special gases, electrical, grounding, generators and continuity, video and sound amplification, telephone);
    • Management of utilities and photovoltaic systems;
    • Management of relationships with institutions responsible for safety control;
    • Supplies for new technical setups and installations;
    • Management of the telephone switchboard and consumption monitoring.

    • New constructions

    • Preparation of tender documents for services and supplies within competence
    • Management of tenders: Single Responsible for the Procedure and Executive Direction
    • Routine and extraordinary maintenance of relevant systems (CCTV, intrusion detection, attendance detectors, motorized barriers and gates, elevators, fire detection)
    • Services and supplies for new works, setups, and installations for relevant systems
    • Real estate management – Proposal and awarding of tenders for recurring needs in the field of systems, security, and relevant services (surveillance, concierge, cleaning and sanitation services, porterage and removals, hydrants, fire extinguishers, REI doors)
