ORIENTATION SERVICE

The Orientation service aims to support high school students and those already enrolled in obtaining detailed information on the Department’s educational offer as well as on the University of Tuscia’s university pathway.

Orientation and Tutoring activities cover the following fields and initiatives

• Orientation for the choice of study path
• Reception and assistance to freshers
• Orientation and assistance to students throughout their course of study;
• Collaboration in various orientation initiatives aimed at secondary school students, including entrance tests

The guidance service is assisted by the activity of TUTORS (students on Master’s degree courses and PhD students in the department), who are chosen on the basis of specific calls for applications drawn up by the University.

TUTORING SERVICE

The function of the Tutoring Service at the DAFNE is to assist students throughout their studies, in order to make the completion of their studies easier, more fruitful and faster.

The Guidance and Tutoring staff, assisted by the DAFNE Lecturers and Researchers, promptly provide support and assistance with regard to, for example

• enrolment procedures
• use of the Student Portal;
• carrying out the traineeship;
• compilation of Individual Study Plans;
• collection and transfer of student requests to the secretariats, the relevant offices, the President of the Course of Study or individual lecturers.
