ABSTRACT 

The VOISIN project aims to introduce the Voisin Rational Grazing (PRV) technique to a group of livestock farms in the Lazio region. PRV is an innovative technique of controlled intensive rotational grazing with high environmental sustainability, fully compatible with organic production systems. The products obtained through this method are intended for consumers with particular environmental, ethical, and health concerns.
