The European Union, the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies, the Lazio Region and the University of Tuscia have long been partners in the UNITUS/JOB project financed by the European Social Fund through the financial instrument of the POR Lazio Ob. 3. With this initiative, and numerous other activities, an attempt is made to consolidate University-Enterprise relations by creating a direct link between the world of work and that of young graduates of the University of Tuscia. DAFNE faculty is an active participant in the various educational training contexts expanding the prospects of matching labor supply and demand. All undergraduates and graduates can take advantage of the Placement Service, and the implementation of Project Work during which students from the University’s various departments pursue specialized work objectives in collaboration with partner companies is further encouraged.
The University’s SOUL (Sistema Orientamento Università Lavoro) placement service, as well as our departmental archives, collect information regarding the skills and professionalism acquired by young graduates in their training; this information is available to companies operating in the area through the Sistema Orientamento Università Lavoro (SOUL: www.jobsoul.it) website.
In this way, companies can conduct a search for desired skills and competencies by accessing the resumes of young graduates.
