These legal notices have been prepared in accordance with the Guidelines for Websites of 2011 issued by the Minister for Public Administration and Simplification.

1. Copyright
All content (including, but not limited to, images, text, audio, files, website content, material organization, script code, graphics, podcasts, videos) on the portal of the University of Tuscia is published in compliance with the intellectual property rights of the rightful owners. The rights to the objects and content of the portal remain the property of their respective owners and are protected under current copyright law. Reproduction of portal content may occur with the prior consent of the rights holders, solely for personal use and non-commercial purposes, except for content released under a Creative Commons license. When reproducing portal content, the source must be cited.

The Portal of the University of Tuscia provides general information about the university’s activities and services offered. Furthermore, the University of Tuscia is not responsible in any way for the connectivity services used by users of the University Portal to access its services. The University of Tuscia reserves the right to inhibit, prohibit, or suspend access to this site and its related services at any time and without notice.
