At this Laboratory, preliminary activities are carried out for the execution of the analyses of the soils previously taken in the field and, in addition, fine characterization of plant samples from experimental plots. The laboratory houses a rich collection of crops’ and weeds’ seeds that is used for teaching activity and exams, to guarantee students a valid professional preparation also from a practical point of view. The instruments present consist of a seed germination cabinet and other typical instruments for seed testing.
