The student enrolled in other universities who intends to continue their studies at the University of Tuscia must submit a transfer request to the secretary of their university, according to the methods and deadlines established by it, indicating the degree course and department of interest. The university of origin will send the documentation to UNITUS.
Once this has been done, the student must fill out the career evaluation application on our Gomp portal, indicating the years of enrollment and the exams taken at the previous university. Once the outcome of the evaluation by the didactic secretary has been obtained, they can then proceed with the actual enrollment.
Enrollment is completed with the generation of the Payment Notice (PagoPA system) for the payment of the first installment of university fees. At this stage it will be possible to “authorize the import of the ISEE certificate” from the GOMP Portal.
Regular students (i.e. those who in the current academic year are on track or in their 1st year off track) coming from another University will be able to benefit from exemption from the 1st installment (if they have paid it at the University from which they are transferring). In addition, they will be able to obtain exemption from the payment of the regional tax, if the University of origin is in the Lazio region.
Unitus has identified a specific measure (Torna a Casa) for local students, already enrolled at other Universities, who intend to transfer (on track or at most in their 1st year off track) to our University. A 25% discount on university fees is provided. It is necessary to fill out the online form to obtain a preliminary opinion on the recognition of exams and an estimate of the fees to be paid.
For any further information, you can write to tornaacasa@unitus.it.
It is always advisable, before starting the procedure, that the interested person contacts the contact person of the Degree Course to which he/she intends to transfer in order to have, through an informal “pre-opinion”, information on the possible validation of the exams. (The pre-opinion is explained in the application for preventive evaluation to be submitted at the time of enrollment on the Gomp portal).
