The master’s degree aims to train a highly specialized profile capable of governing opportunities and risks of Big Data and Artificial Intelligence technologies by declining them in highly innovative organizations and finalizing them for business innovation and security. This is a highly qualified profile that will present itself on the market with multidisciplinary skills that will put it in a position to respond to the growing demand from companies for people connected to the data transformation chain.
The master’s program is designed and organized as a service of higher education for second-level graduates in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, and Economics. It is delivered entirely in English at the University of Tuscia in Viterbo (VT), alternating face-to-face lectures and distance learning. In addition to face-to-face lectures, “late night” lectures consisting of evening meetings in an informal setting with experts in artificial intelligence applications from different domains and application areas such as healthcare, public administration, logistics, mechanics will also be delivered.
The master’s training program is divided into four areas named respectively: Inception, Portfolio, Risk & Security, and Application.

Each module will be divided into specific lectures for a total of 6 CFUs per module. In addition to the 48 CFUs delivered in lectures and laboratories, 12 CFUs will be added in project activities in the form of project work, internships and apprenticeships, carried out in close contact with companies.
