The final score is calculated based on the didactic regulations of the specific curriculum, supplemented by a score assigned by the commission.

The final exam consists of the dissertation of a master’s thesis in the presence of a committee (composed of professors from the Department).
It is a written work, focusing on a topic related to the course of study, drafted under the supervision of an advisor (a professor who specializes in the topic). The thesis must demonstrate advanced competence in the relevant discipline and contribute a theoretical and/or empirical contribution. The student should demonstrate a complete mastery of the topic and analytical skills, with particular reference to: analysis of the theoretical foundations and methodological principles of the topic; the student’s personal research contribution, ideally in the form of original work; critical concluding analysis.
