Additional educational obligations DEB

The additional learning requirement (OFA) will be considered fulfilled if the student attends 80% of the lessons provided by the support course, and if he passes the final test.

Since the admission tests will take place from April to December, according to a time schedule published on the Department website, to allow all the enrolled students to fulfil the educational debt, the support courses in Maths and Chemistry will be held in early October and they will be replicated in early December. The final test to check the overcoming of the educational debt will take place at the end of every support course. An additional date will be included also in the month of March 2024.

N.B. Those students who will not fulfil the educational debt by attending the support course and by passing the final test, will NOT be allowed to take the Maths and Physics exams, if the deficiency is in basic Maths, and to take the Chemistry exam, if the deficiency is in Chemistry.

We also remind that the student must fulfil the educational debt within the course first year.

To improve the service provided to the enrolled students, the Department of Ecological and Biological Sciences will also activate a support course in Physics. All students of the course first year are invited to attend it. These courses are aimed to help the students to fulfil any deficiencies in their based preparation.

The support course in Physics will take place in the second semester.
