The student community and all university staff have access to the Office 365 ProPlus suite.License InclusionsOffice 365 ProPlus allows installation on up to 5 devices, personal or owned by the University of Tuscia (only for devices not centrally managed by the IT Systems Service or individual departments), including all products of the Microsoft Office suite such as Access, Excel, InfoPath, Lync, OneDrive For Business Sync Client, OneNote, PowerPoint, Publisher, Word. The service also includes installation of the suite on mobile devices. Version: 32-bit (recommended for all devices) or 64-bit.How to Obtain the LicenseActivation is automatic provided you have an email address from the domains @studenti.unitus.it or @unitus.it, in particular:Currently enrolled students – access credentials will be those chosen during activation of the service: http://products.office.com/it-IT/student/office-in-education?tab=studentsTeaching and technical-administrative staff (currently in service) – access credentials will be the same as their institutional email: http://products.office.com/it-IT/student/office-in-education?tab=teachersUpon verifying the email address, which is entered on the page that opens by clicking on the green “All information about eligibility” button, Microsoft sends an email where you can continue registering for the program.WarningsOffice 365 ProPlus is a free service provided by Microsoft based on the agreements of the CRUI/MICROSOFT convention. In accordance with the aforementioned convention, Microsoft provides access to the Office 365 platform to students and employees of UNITUS through their institutional email. If you discontinue your academic career, or if staff members terminate their legal relationship with the University, the right to use this option also ceases, and you have 30 days to remove and/or save your content.Technical support for the Office 365 package is not provided by the IT Systems Service.
