In the last five years, DEB researchers have been national coordinators and managers of project units in the eco-health fieldat regional (e.g., RSI PORFESR Lazio projects and “Research Group Projects”), national (e.g., PRIN, AIRC, PNRA, ASI), and European levels (e.g., Horizon 2020 and Horizon Europe). The DEB is also currently an active partner of multiple initiatives promoted by the National Recovery and Resilience Program (PNRR), such as the National Biodiversity and Agritech Centers and the project for the Ecosystem of the “Rome Technopole” innovation (further details are reported on the University page), in addition to the development of an innovative infrastructure dedicated to the valorisation of marine biological resources (EMBRC-UP project) and one dedicated to the creation of an acceleration platform for industrial biotechnologies (ITINERIS-IBISBA project).
