The Legal Workshop on Judgment Maximization, inaugurated in the academic year 2018/2019, stems from the synergy between the University of Tuscia and the Viterbo Court, considering the increasing relevance of “precedent” in judicial decision-making. It aims to enhance the analysis skills of judgments and the selection of relevant aspects, allowing for the acquisition of specialized language and legal writing techniques. The Workshop is structured in two parts: the first, at the University, where work techniques are learned, and the second – in the form of an internship – at the Viterbo Court.
