Il contratto di ricerca, ai sensi dell’articolo 22 della legge 30 dicembre 2010, n. 240, è un contratto di lavoro a tempo determinato stipulato dalle università, dagli enti pubblici di ricerca e dalle istituzioni il cui diploma di perfezionamento scientifico è riconosciuto equipollente al dottorato di ricerca, avente ad oggetto lo svolgimento di attività di ricerca, anche nell’ambito di specifici progetti.
Il contratto è finalizzato alla realizzazione di programmi di ricerca, è conferito mediante procedure selettive pubbliche e prevede lo svolgimento dell’attività in autonomia, nel rispetto degli indirizzi definiti dalla struttura di afferenza.
Per l’Università degli studi della Tuscia le modalità di conferimento dei contratti sono stabilite da apposito “Regolamento per il conferimento di contratti di ricerca, incarichi post-doc e di incarichi di ricerca ai sensi degli artt. 22, 22-bis e 22-ter, della legge 30.12.2010, n. 240“.
