Le esigenze formative sono state individuate e discusse attraverso un ampio processo partecipativo, sia a carattere nazionale, di confronto tra i Coordinatori dei corsi di laurea in classe L-26 (Scienze e Tecnologie Alimentari), sia tramite la consultazione con il mondo del lavoro, delle professioni e dei servizi, che ha visto il coinvolgimento diretto di rappresentanti di aziende agro-alimentari come è stato il caso della giornata dei colloqui alimentari di cui si inserisce il programma qui sotto. La consultazione con il mondo della produzione, dei servizi e delle professioni, preceduta dall’invio di materiale preparatorio, ha evidenziato la necessità di potenziare la didattica in merito agli aspetti legati alle produzioni e alle realtà industriali del settore agroalimentare ed enologico e la piena corrispondenza dell’Offerta Formativa con le esigenze del mondo del lavoro. La discussione è stata ampia e approfondita e ha coinvolto attivamente tutti i partecipanti. Oltre ad aver fornito indicazioni, gli esperti hanno valutato in modo positivo tutte le scelte compiute nella definizione del corso di laurea.
