DR. ANDREA GIORGI (Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies, Pisa—Italy)

Andrea is an Affiliate Researcher and former Postdoctoral Researcher in Administrative Law at the Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies in Pisa, where he earned his Ph.D. in Law cum laude. During his doctoral studies, he was a Visiting Researcher at the Faculty of Law, University of Oxford. He currently serves as a Teaching Assistant in Administrative Law and EU and Comparative Administrative Law at Sapienza University of Rome. He has authored chapters and articles on national and European administrative law, public economic law, climate change law, and the European Green Deal, published in edited volumes and peer-reviewed journals of national and international significance. He has presented his research at conferences held at universities across Europe and the United States.

The lecture falls within the activities of the Jean Monnet Chair “EUSITS” and is part of the course of New frontiers of Sustainability: the Regulatory Architecture of the European Green Deal.
