Mr Keith Uff is a retired lecturer in the University of Birmingham. He is a graduate of Oxford University and a Barrister of Gray’s Inn. His academic interests are the law of Contract and Commercial Law, and particularly the law of Civil Procedure and Evidence in civil cases. He is a past General Secretary of the International Association of Procedural Law and was a practicing member of the English Bar.
