Director General’s Staff Office

The office is located at the Rectorate of the University – Via S. Maria in Gradi, 4 – 01100 Viterbo.

Functions

The office performs the following functions:

  • Secretariat activities and management of the Director General’s agenda
  • Support to the Director General in the exercise of his functions
  • Examination and sorting of the Director General’s incoming and outgoing internal correspondence
  • Digital protocol and document flows
  • Mail service
  • Official University Register
  • Decree registry
  • Management procedures for the conservation, organization, and inventory of the University’s documentary material in collaboration with the structures
  • Support, in collaboration with the Quality Assurance Office, to the Corruption Prevention Officer
