The office is located at the Rectorate of the University – Via Santa Maria in Gradi, 4 – 01100 Viterbo (room no. 212, 2nd floor).

The structure carries out various activities:

• Activities related to the management of the Quality Assurance System;
• Support activities for the General Manager in the preparation of acts related to the performance cycle pursuant to Legislative Decree 150/2009;
• Support for the Anti-Corruption Officer in the preparation of acts related to the Integrated Plan – “Corruption Prevention” section pursuant to Law no. 190 of November 6, 2012, and related obligations;
• Activities related to meetings and support for the Presidio di Qualità and the Nucleo di Valutazione;
• Periodic updating of the Procedures Manual provided in the Internal Control and Risk Management System (ICRMS);
• Internal auditing activities for the analysis and improvement of the integrated quality management system.
