The Office is located at the Rectorate of the University – Via Santa Maria in Gradi, 4 – 01100 Viterbo.

It is open to the public on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday – from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM.

The Office performs the following functions:

  • Management of international cooperation agreements and mobility, and organization of informational and promotional events
  • Administrative support for the development and management of projects within international mobility programs (e.g., Erasmus+)
  • Support for faculty, TAB staff, and student community in both incoming and outgoing mobility
  • Management of outgoing, incoming, and traineeship mobility
  • Analysis of data related to the presentation, funding, and management of international mobility projects and preparation of reports for governing bodies
  • Management of international associations and processing of any membership fees
  • Management of relations with foreign institutions and international delegations visiting for faculty, TA staff, and student mobility
  • Management of student collaborations
  • Monitoring of activities and verification of results obtained
  • Procedures for activating visiting professor and visiting scholar positions
  • Procedures for requesting entry visas to Italy for non-EU researchers
  • Promotion and management of structured mobility agreements or dual degree programs, as applicable
