Functions
Contracts for services and supplies under €40,000.00
Management of acquisition procedures for services and supplies below €40,000.00
Management of administrative procedures related to public tenders in coordination with the Offices of the other Services of the III Division, as far as their competence is concerned
Management of the Suppliers Register for contracts under €40,000.00
Preparation of purchase orders on behalf of all Services of the central administration
Preparation of connecting purchase orders necessary for the payment of invoices and membership fees, as requested by the Services of the central administration
Management of the petty cash fund and credit cards for the needs of the central administration and handles all related obligations
Management of the warehouse and distribution of office supplies for the Central Administration
Support to Student Associations in the management of the funds assigned to them and handles the reporting and reimbursement phase of expenses incurred in implementation of approved programs
