Legal Affairs and Negotiation Procedures Service

The Office of Supplies is located at the Rectorate of the University, in Via Santa Maria in Gradi, 4 – 01100 Viterbo.

       Staff

  • Functions

    • Contracts for services and supplies under €40,000.00
    • Management of acquisition procedures for services and supplies below €40,000.00
    • Management of administrative procedures related to public tenders in coordination with the Offices of the other Services of the III Division, as far as their competence is concerned
    • Management of the Suppliers Register for contracts under €40,000.00
    • Preparation of purchase orders on behalf of all Services of the central administration
    • Preparation of connecting purchase orders necessary for the payment of invoices and membership fees, as requested by the Services of the central administration
    • Management of the petty cash fund and credit cards for the needs of the central administration and handles all related obligations
    • Management of the warehouse and distribution of office supplies for the Central Administration
    • Support to Student Associations in the management of the funds assigned to them and handles the reporting and reimbursement phase of expenses incurred in implementation of approved programs
    • Issuance of staff identification cards
    • University central purchasing office
