Office: Compensation and Missions

The office is located at the University Rectorate – Via Santa Maria in Gradi, 4 – 01100 Viterbo.

The office performs the following functions:

  • Processing of compensation settlements
  • INPS data transmission as required
  • Support for university tax and social security compliance for relevant matters
  • Mission settlements
  • Tax certifications as required
  • IMU (property tax) declaration
  • Doctoral and student scholarship settlements
  • Management of VAT for the Central Administration and university compliance requirements
  • Collection and transmission of performance registry data sheets
  • Monthly withholding tax payments
  • Preparation of the Annual MEF (Ministry of Economy and Finance) Budget and Final Account
