The office is located at the University’s Rectorate – Via Santa Maria in Gradi, 4 – 01100 Viterbo

The office carries out the following functions:

  • Management of university budget variations;
  • Management and monitoring of liquidity and needs of the University;
  • Registration of financial commitments and budgets for the Central Administration Spending Centers;
  • Verification of revenues, management of collections, and allocation to the Structures;
  • Activities related to PagoPA and electronic payments;
  • Quarterly cash closures of the University;
  • Quarterly reports to the Territorial Treasury Office regarding SIOPE deviations;
  • Relations with the Treasury Institute: updating of configurations and authorizations related to the signing powers of orders for all Spending Centers of the University;
  • Confirmation of transmission of electronic orders of Spending Centers other than the Central Administration on the appropriate computer platform;
  • Unified management of payments for reductions in State budget expenditure.
