The office is located at the University Rectorate – Via Santa Maria in Gradi, 4 – 01100 Viterbo.
The Office performs the following functions:
Support in the internationalization activities of study programs and in the organization of events to promote international educational projects
Recruitment of international students and management of the related information flow
Support for international students enrolling in study programs
Support for international study program coordinators and those with structured mobility
Support in relations with incoming international students and in the management of related procedures
Support in the promotion and management of structured mobility or double degree agreements, within its competence
Management of relationships with foreign universities and visiting delegations for double degrees, structured mobility programs, and joint degrees, as well as the internal follow-up process
Management of relationships with foreign educational institutions and visiting delegations
Analysis of data related to students enrolled in international and structured mobility study programs and preparation of reports for governing bodies at least annually
Promotion and internal communication
Monitoring activities and verifying the results obtained
