The deadline for submitting applications within the admission to the PhD courses is extended to 2:00 pm (CET time) of Wednesday 20 August 2025 (Rectoral Decree no. 476 of 5 August 2025)

Candidates residing abroad or live permanently abroad and are unable to pay the application fee for their chosen PhD program’s admission selection, using the PagoPA system integrated into the online application form, can do it by bank transfer using the following data:

How to enrol in the PhD Courses – First Year

1. Application form to accept a doctoral scholarship
2. Payment request form for doctoral scholarship
The monthly installments of the doctoral scholarship are paid exclusively via an Italian bank / postal account or rechargeable prepaid cards with the following features:
- opened in an Italian bank/postal office;
- in the name of the student;
- with IBAN code.
The following documents are usually required:
- the residence permit (or the receipt for its application)
- passport and its photocopy
- Fiscal code
- photocopy of the Admission Letter to the PhD Programme.
The IBAN code associated to the bank / postal account or the prepaid card must be communicated with the “Scholarship payment form”.
