Tiziana Laureti

<p>Tiziana Laureti was a Member of the Committee for the Guidance and Coordination of Statistical Information (COMSTAT), the governing body of the National Statistical System. Thanks to her expertise in methodology and innovative use of new data sources, she was appointed as a member of the national inter-institutional scientific commission on absolute poverty in Italy. She is also esteemed internationally, at Eurostat, with a project to develop innovative methods for measuring the uncertainty of official economic indicators and the World Bank, with a project to revise the Somalia consumer price index. She has been an invited speaker at numerous national and international conferences and has published more than one hundred scientific papers, including articles and books.</p>
