    • Bio

    • Researcher in Food Science and Oenology, holding the Italian National Scientific Qualification for Associate Professor. Her research focuses on the development and application of innovative technologies for food and beverage analysis, with particular emphasis on non-destructive techniques (NIR, E-nose), sensor technologies, and chemometric analysis. Her research interests also include postharvest technologies and the valorization of agri-food by-products. She has gained international research experience at institutions across Europe, Australia, the United States, and South Africa. Author of over 50 scientific publications, she is involved in national and international research projects and teaches in the fields of food technology and special winemaking.
