CIMINI Alessio he’s a professor at Tuscia University, (DIBAF – Innovation in biological system, food and forestry). His work is mainly involved in the field of Food Sciences and Technology and food environmental impact assessment, in particular Cereals and their derived foods (Beer, bakery Product, pasta).
