    • CIMINI Alessio he’s a professor at Tuscia University, (DIBAF – Innovation in biological system, food and forestry). His work is mainly involved in the field of Food Sciences and Technology and food environmental impact assessment, in particular Cereals and their derived foods (Beer, bakery Product, pasta). He teaches the following courses at the University of Tuscia (Unitus) and University of Rome - La Sapienza: a second level degree course “Cereal technology and beer production” and a first level degree course “Gastronomic techniques and technologies” Scienze, Culture e Politiche Gastronomiche L-Gastr Sapienza
