Well-being, Cooperation, and Inclusion in University Life

The workshop, aimed at university students, is designed to develop personal and relational skills that can enhance the quality of the academic experience.
The total duration is 25 hours: 16 hours of synchronous online sessions, divided into four meetings, and 9 hours of asynchronous activities. Topics covered include well-being and study, cooperation and inclusion, effective communication, and collaborative planning.
Pro-Ben is a project funded by the Ministry of Research, aimed at creating a unified and shared model to promote the psychological and physical well-being of the university community. It is focused on reducing the psychological distress of students during their university studies and throughout their personal growth and self-determination journey.
