Technology and Signs in Dialogue: The Inclusive Story of the ISENSE Project

The event will be an opportunity to share the results of the ISENSE project and reflect together on the themes of accessibility and inclusion. The program includes:

• the presentation of the ISENSE project results by Prof. Stefano Rossi,

• an interview with Martina Panini, makeup artist, transgender woman and deaf, who will share her story of courage and rebirth (“Deaf to prejudice”). An intense life experience that addresses the themes of deafness, prejudice, discrimination, and resilience, offering students an authentic message of strength and awareness,

• a workshop of interactive activities in LIS (Italian Sign Language), thanks to the collaboration with the National Deaf Institute – SP Viterbo,

• an experience of interactive technological scenarios.

The event will be fully accessible in LIS.
