Foreign citizens with income and assets in countries other than Italy are required to disclose their financial status in accordance with the ISEEUP procedures.

International students who have not submitted the ISEEUP for the academic year 2026-2027 or for whom it is not possible to calculate the ISEEUP, as per Article 8 of D.P.C.M. 159/2013, are subject to a fixed tax (see Tuition fees and benefits, page 22 and Annex 1).
The above conditions are valid for students enrolled for a number of years less than or equal to the normal duration of the course of study increased by one.
For students enrolled in the second year out of course, a 20% surcharge is applied and for those enrolled after the third year out of course, the surcharge will be 25%.
Exchange and Double Degree students pay only the tuition fees at their home university.
Students participating in a Double Degree programme are required to pay to the University of Tuscia only the fee for the award of the degree (€ 66.00) and the fee for the issuance of the degree diploma (€ 16.00).
