The Department of Ecological and Biological Sciences (DEB) of the University of Tuscia is offering 6 Study Awards worth €500 each to recognise academic merit among students enrolled in the Department’s Bachelor’s degree programmes.
The awards are open to students regularly enrolled, in the 2025/2026 academic year, in the second year of the following Bachelor’s degree programmes:
To be eligible, students must be up to date with the payment of tuition fees and contributions and must have earned, by 28 February 2026, at least 40 ECTS credits from first-year courses included in their study plan. English B1 and any examinations credited following a change of programme, transfer, or shortened degree programme are excluded from this calculation.
The ranking will be drawn up on the basis of a merit indicator that takes into account the weighted average of examinations passed and the ratio between the ECTS credits earned and those required by the study plan. In the event of a tie, priority will be given to the number of honours and, subsequently, to the candidate’s younger age.
Applications must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. on 13 October 2026, according to the procedures specified in the call, via certified email (PEC) to deb@pec.unitus.it or, for applicants without a PEC account, by email to didat.deb@unitus.it. Applications must include a certificate listing the examinations taken as of 28 February 2026 and a copy of a valid identity document.
The awards will be presented during an event organised by the Department of Ecological and Biological Sciences, the date of which will be announced at a later time.
Application deadline: 13 October 2026, 11:59 p.m.
