    • Dr. Valerio Bontempi is Research Fellow in Administrative Law at University of Tuscia (Italy). He has been Global Emile Noël Fellow at New York University School of Law, for the academic year 2024-2025. He has been Visiting Researcher at King’s College London (London, UK), at Dublin City University (Dublin, Ireland) and at Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law (Heidelberg, Germany).
