Sonia Maria Melchiorre

Sonia Melchiorre is an Associate Professor at the University of Tuscia, where she teaches English for Media and Communication. She has taught Gender Studies (literature, language, media) for the USAC (University Studies Abroad Consortium) in Viterbo. She has published in several European countries on women's studies, gender studies, and LGBT+ studies. More recently, her work has focused on the study of dialogue in English-language television series. She is the director of the international series GENDERISING. REDESIGNING GENDER and was the director of the international conference GENDERCOM 8 (University of Tuscia, October 11-14, 2022).
