    • Ph.D in Molecular Biology and Bioinformatics, currently working as a Post- Doc in Bioinformatics analysis for functional, structural and comparative genomics stud- ies at the Tuscia University, Department of Agriculture and Forest Science. Throughout my academic journey, I successfully merged my interests for Molecular sciences with my geek per- sonal side, forging a combined career path in Bioinformatics. Currently, I’m focusing on the Molecular characterization of plant pathogens and pests, through Genomics analysis including de novo, Reference-based Genome assembly, Phylogenetics and Comparative genomics, on Plant-pathogens interactions through RNA Seq analysis, Comparative genomics and Micro- biome characterization through metabarcoding analysis.
